Dawn has a National Diploma in Business Studies and 30 years’ experience in administration. She has been working part-time at KLL for the last 10 years where she assists with bookkeeping, manages the filing of correspondence, keeps the files up to date and archives important documentation.
We can help you to prepare your self-assessment tax return and ensure it is properly prepared and does not miss out anything important. Moreover, with the HMRC’s new stricter penalties in place for non-compliance, it is more important than ever to get professional help if you need it.
If you are registered for VAT (or have sales in excess of the VAT registration threshold) you will need to submit quarterly VAT returns. So why not let us do your bookkeeping and also prepare your VAT returns? We can also advise you on whether you might benefit from joining one of the special VAT schemes.
For businesses trading as Limited companies, we can prepare your annual accounts in the prescribed formats, prepare your corporation tax return and also help you to comply with the Companies House regulations. We can also advise you on whether it would be beneficial to become a company in the first place.
All traders need to prepare income and expenditure accounts each year for tax purposes. So even if your books and records are little more than a pile of bank statements, cheque-book stubs and a bag of receipts, we can prepare your accounts for you. If you trade as a partnership, we will also prepare your partner-profit split and partnership tax return.
If you employ or plan to employ staff, then setting up and operating a payroll is an area of specialist knowledge best left to your professional advisers. It can also be surprisingly cheap to outsource your payroll, so come and talk to us about taking over your payroll function. We can also do your P11D Benefit-in-Kind forms.
Tax planning can be highly beneficial and save you thousands of pounds, but planning is often overlooked. If you haven’t sought tax planning advice for some time, then we have a number of highly experienced tax practitioners that can help you plan your financial affairs to ensure that you won’t be paying more tax than you should.
