TEXTILES
Barbara studied textiles at the London College of Fashion and makes textiles and hats to commission. She continued this interest at Clewer Hill College and in her Degree “Art in the Community” at the University of Surrey, which include large textile commissions as shown below.
CEREMICS
Barbara studied ceramics at Morley College, London and at the University of Surrey at Roehampton.
Currently she is experimenting with individual one-off exclusive beads for jewellery made in her own kiln at Brick Kiln Cottage. This follows making jewellery from coins and other commissions in clay.
HATS
Barbara welcomes commissions and has made hats for Ascot, Henley, weddings and traditional bonnets. Why not consider something unique at an affordable price made to measure for you as an individual hat for a special occasion or even just for the summer sun?
Tailor made to fit the occasion and suit the person.
